Florida & Gulf Industries (FGI) is the corporate holding company for a group of regional railroads. It manages legacy short lines located in Alabama, Florida, and Georgia. These lines include former BN lines in Alabama known as the Alabama, Florida & Gulf (AFG). There is also the Alabama Midland System (AMRR) which consists of ex CSX and legacy shortlines. Additionally, there are former CSX lines in Florida known as the Florida & Gulf Coast RR (FGC). Click on the Blue Link for more information.

Stephens Railcar Services (SRCS) is a full-service, medium-sized locomotive and railcar rebuilder. It is modeled after prototypes like National Rail Equipment (NRE), Motive Power Industries (MPI), RJ Corman, and Larry’s Truck Electric (LTEX). SRCS operates full back shop services. These services include wreck repair, inspections and OEM remanufacturing under its TGX Program of locomotive rebuilds. SRCS also operates a leasing arm for locomotives and railcar fleets under its SRCX Leasing. SRCS Services Division handles all facets of rail structure construction, maintenance of way and heavy lift crane service. Services Division also employs a 24hr-7 day a week derailment response team with emergency hazardous material containment and derailment response.

Stephens Railcar Services/SRCX Leasing— “Reliability through Innovation” is the emphasis on this HO Scale freelance concept of a locomotive and railcar rebulding company that started as the Georgia Road workbench. Not only does the company do rebuilding, but it is the home of the TGX Program, an OEM manufacturer of EPA Tier 1-4 emissions locomotives.

1:55 Michael Eby Inspired Drawings–Georgia Road would not exist without the help of the famous TRANIAX scale drawings. I discovered his site over fifteen years ago and began painting his blank drawings (which I call TEMPLATES) in his original 1:55 scale. Since that time, he has moved to larger more detailed versions. The smaller sized 1:55 scale drawings suited my purposes and are the basis for all my concept and decal art drawings. In recent years, I have used his scale and drawings to create variations and projects he never did in the 1:55 scale drawings. This is a downloadable list of my variations that cannot be found anywhere else—Michael Eby, if you see this, I want to express my sincerest gratitude. You gave me the tools to build this world before I finally started building this world!!!
